I teach and mentor, therefore I grow. My philosophy of research and knowledge in psychology evolved by teaching to various audiences and guiding others to find their paths. This process reinforces empathy in my relationships and gives me the ability to understand the position of my students, mentees, participants in research, and project stakeholders.
